Koritsu (共立)means "standing together".
We are a European technology partner with an engineering base in Poland. We design, build and maintain systems for large organisations in Poland, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.
The name describes how we work. Each project is run together with the client's IT, business and security teams, from process analysis to operating the system in production.
Precision
From Japanese manufacturing culture we take attention to detail and continuous improvement of the process (kaizen). In practice this means automated tests, code reviews and measurable acceptance criteria.
Transparency
The client has access to the repository, the schedule and the costs throughout the project. Risks are reported at the moment they are identified.
Accountability
We remain responsible for the system after launch. The team that built it stays on for maintenance and further development.
A technology partner for large organisations

Koritsu combines software, data and infrastructure engineering with hands-on experience in AI deployments. Our team has spent over eight years working on systems that the client's daily operations depend on.
We have delivered projects for clients in Poland, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. We work for organisations in retail, logistics, manufacturing, pharma and finance: we build web and mobile platforms, integrations, data platforms and infrastructure in the cloud and on Kubernetes.
We work the way large organisations expect: an NDA and security questionnaires before kick-off, audit-ready documentation, an SLA after go-live. Each project is run by a permanent team, and the client talks to the people who write and maintain the code.
How a project is run
Process analysis
We talk to the people who will use the system and document the process. Scope, risks and the way the outcome will be measured are agreed at this stage.
Architecture and estimate
We present the architecture, schedule, risks and budget in a form ready for the board and the procurement department. Where an off-the-shelf tool is sufficient, we recommend it instead of building from scratch.
Delivery in iterations
Every two weeks a working increment is handed over for testing. The client sees progress and can change priorities.
Launch and maintenance
We deploy the system, train users and either take over maintenance or hand the project over to the client's IT team.
