Proposal after analysis
We prepare the proposal after learning the process, the systems and the security requirements. Scope, schedule and risks are described so that they can be presented to the board and the procurement team.
The code belongs to the client
The repository, documentation and access remain with the client throughout the project. The organisation does not become dependent on a single supplier.
First version within weeks
The first working version goes to testing after a few weeks, with further increments every two weeks. Progress is visible in the client's test environment.
Security and compliance
We complete security questionnaires and supplier audits. GDPR, the AI Act and sector regulations such as DORA, NIS2 and GMP are built into the architecture from the start.
Maintenance under an SLA
Monitoring, incident handling and further development under a service agreement with defined response times.
A project ends when the team works in the new system
We run training, prepare user guides and remain available during the first weeks after launch. Acceptance takes place once the client's team operates the system independently.
